North Port Community UCC recently lost a very valued friend. Shirley Morse went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 17th. Shirley was a woman with many gifts. You can see her talents on display in the sanctuary of the church in the banners that hang in the front of the sanctuary, the stained glass window over the entrance, and the stained glass medallions that are prominently on display around the church in the windows. Shirley was a musician, a seamstress of highest quality, a champion golfer, and a wonderful friend. She was also a very willing and influential leader in the life and ministry of the church.

Our hearts go out to Rex Morse and the rest of their family for their loss.

Heaven’s Blend Trio

The Heaven's Blend Trio gave a wonderful performance on Friday evening. While they are visiting Florida, they’ll be sharing their gift of song at a couple other places... Saturday at ECHO in Fort Myers - 1:00 PM, and Sunday at Community Presbyterian in Englewood. Then they head north to Lakeland for this coming week. Tom, Gary, & Tim will also be participating in worship at NPCUCC Sunday morning. The service starts at 10:00 AM.
